Food For Thought

Some of the best advice I ever received when I was 16 was from an amazing woman named Wendy Murwin who told me,

"If you give nothing, you get nothing."

That statements holds true in so many ways NOW as much as it did THEN and is a key motivator for me today.

If you think about it life should be about being motivated and helping to motivate other people, other wise what are we doing besides remaining constant- life should about progress not about stillness!

This song pretty much explains my life right now. Work hard- play hard.

I never understood how some say silence is golden, all it ever did for me was make me nervous.

You see the mind is a delicate place to wander, if not careful one could lose all sanity and emotion.

After so many tribulations, over times of duty, you turn into bewildered debris and lose the ability to cry.

There seems to be an absence of tears almost as if the whole body has shut down from other life contact and becomes mechanical.
